I easily get hot at night, and have never found a solution - too hot with the duvet, too cold without, I used to wake constantly... My girlfriend saw an ad for this top mattress and a trial period of 100 nights, which convinced us to try one. We are now very happy users of the Diamond top mattress, I finally have no problems with overheating and do not wake up several times during the night. We haven't thought about returning it a single time!
