Tried a number of times to contact to return the mattress before the end of the 100 day trial so I am now stuck with a mattress that isn't suitable for me. No trouble for this with Eve.
Terrible chemical smell that never went, very hot and not very comfortable.
We did not recieve the matress as we assumed it woulkd be with us in a few days at the latest but was told after paying for it that it will take weeks !!!!!
We needed a matress so we asked for a refund - then informed tghis would take weeks which it did.

Do not believe the hype on this website!Didn't even get to test the product thank god!NO communication after countless flash emails via site link,personal emails and phone calls.Only wanted to change method of payment.Chose finance originally and they sent me bank details in germany which would cost each month to send.They only post positive reviews on site so was shocked when I saw all the real reviews here!Everything I had a problem with others have too!Atfer 2 frustrating weeks and reporting them to financial ombudsman and telling them so they finally couldn't get in touch enough.Coincidence not!Cancelled my order and will try Simba or Jasper now!Sort your act out Emma!!!!
I had a very poor customer experience that has led me to cancel my order due to non delivery.
I placed the order in December 2017, and at the start of 2018 I get an email stating 'your delivery may be delayed by an additional 9 working days'.
After waiting this period I called their customer support line and was told delivery was to be on the 23/24 January (a little later than expected but okay). I call on the 24 Jan to confirm the delivery to be told that it will not be delivered and they cannot give a delivery date, leaving me no choice but to cancel the order.
Any review you post on their website is verified first, so will be interested if my experience is listed.
Poor customer services, poor customer updates and a customer who will not order from Emma again.
After a year out of bed
The first impression was very positive. The mattress looks very good and at the beginning you were really pretty good on it. You can expect at the price too.
After a good year, I realized by chance that my standard sleeping side is simply completely gone through. An absolute no-go at such a price. Each Aldi mattress lasts longer.
My request to support was simply ignored and not answered. Let's see if this review is published here at all.
I can only advise against the mattress, at the high price. The durability is simply poor.
This service is the worst I've ever experienced. I ordered the Emma Air and couldn't cope with the mattress at all.
Until the Emma was picked up, a number of emails and phone calls passed. The last two weeks no one is in contact anymore.!!
The whole thing has been going on for 6 weeks now..

If I could give zero stars I would! This was the worst customer experience I have had in ages. Over-promise and under-deliver. The 'German' company which purports that they are British (mattresses manufactured in Derbyshire, England), does not respond to emails, does not answer your phone calls, does not update you on order status and does NOT refund when you cancel due to their poor service. They cannot send emails-it's 2018 for goodness sake- and they lie through their teeth. The care less attitude of those I have spoken to at a 'Call Centre' both in Hemel Hemstead and Germany sent shivers down my spine! Totally unacceptable considering the hype and publicity and website promises. I wished that I had never found the company! Please go elsewhere if you desire one of these hybrid mattresses.
Worst customer service ever!!
I returned the mattress in October as a German based company with no UK banks you have to set up monthly wire transfers that they promise to not cost you anything. But I am still waiting for the £30 bank fees and monthly payments refunded and it’s now 2018. Avoid at all costs
Contrary to the description and the other reviews, my wife and I find this pillow very uncomfortable. We both woke up after a night with neck pain.Beware!! When returning, there was also an unsightly surprise: 14,30 Euro processing fee for the return processing! Try from over 100 days without hidden costs - THIS NOT [email protected]: How does Amazon stand about this practice?
