Have been waiting almost 2 Months for my UK double mattress. Have contacted them over and over and they keep giving me false deadlines.
Unfortunately, like so many others, I have been waiting since the 19th January for a mattress. Initially they were manning the webchat, and was told it would be delivered next week.....this was in February. Now the webchat will only let you send a message, which no one will reply to. The telephone just rings and rings.
I ordered this mattress, to replace my old one, before I go in for a major operation....I would like to have been recouperating on a new mattress, not my old one..

UPDATE - I responded to 'EMMA' reply, here on Trustpilot, to be offered compensation and a note to say the mattress would be delivered by Monday 26th March - Unfortunately it hasn't and no reply to two emails I have sent to the mail address they quoted.
Update - 11 April. Still no reply to emails. Have received part of the order (pillows), but still not received the mattress or the compensation that was offered..
Awful awful awful, no delivery been around 8 weeks now. Was guaranteed delivery week commencing the 12th and still had nothing from either Emma mattress or ups so another lie!!! I wouldn’t recommend this company at all as previous people have stated the customer service team is shocking and they don’t bother replying. Please look at other peoples posts especially on Facebook having the same issue as me as if I had read these
Before I wouldn’t of bothered!
I'd love to review my new Emma mattress, but I still haven't got it. Been waiting almost six weeks, customer support is awful. Have send several emails, replies are slow or non-existent. I don't care how good the mattress is when (and if) it arrives, I will never recommend this company to anyone.
Update 26/03/18: Cancelled order, still waiting on refund. Bought similar mattress from Otty, cheaper, fabulous quality, and delivered within 48hours.
I returned the mattress and on the 23rd of February received an email stating the refund would be made within 5 - 7 working days. It is now the 15th of March and still no refund!!
The first time I rang I was told that they needed an IBAN number and SWIFT code as the payment was coming from Germany and they had been unable to refund my credit card -nobody contacted me to tell me there was a problem??? I am still waiting and wondering if this company is legit??
Ordered this Mattress over 6 weeks ago, but still not arrived!
Tried contacting the company by e mail - MANY TIMES, with NO REPLY.
Tried calling by telephone, no one picking up, it just rings and rings!
Is there no one their? or do you simply just NOT CARE?
I'd just like a tiny bit of customer service! AND OF COURSE THE MATTRESS I've paid for!
Delivery dates are postponed several times to the rear. Customer is not being tracked regularly.
I find the pillow, contrary to many other reviews, very uncomfortable and woke up again and again with neck pain after several nights of testing. I also had a strong chemical smell, which did not subside. But the best thing was the 14.30 Euro handling fee for the reversal (within the first 14 days)!Price performance is definitely not together here!!!
Terrible customer service, waited 4wks with no sign of a delivery and no update from Emma so I cancelled my order the mattress turned up 2 days later, I refused delivery on the 14th Feb still waiting for a refund! I phoned today to be told they tried to refund on the 27t but it failed! why was I not informed god knows if I'm ever going to get a refund..... Avoid.
I'd love to be providing a review of the mattress but I can't because I haven't received it. The order status on the Emma website shows my mattress has been delivered, I emailed customer support, no reply for a week, tried calling them 4 times in an hour, no one is picking up. Finally got through to someone on online chat to be told that it will be another 2 weeks and just apologies for the delays and eventually ended the chat session with me . I'm not impressed, this company do not understand customer service. I intend to cancel my order unless something is done
