    The quality of the bed linen does not match the price and the colour shown on the website.

    An invoice or return form are not included with the shipment. The return must be requested from support. 10 days after the return, I am still waiting for the refund of the purchase amount.

    Customer service is very bad! We were dissatisfied with the mattresses and wanted to return them within 100 days. From the phone call with the return request to the refund of the amount, it takes more than four weeks. You are always comforted and not taken seriously as a customer. But this is how it is when you actually take the test phase. NEVER AGAIN EMMA!

  • Poor quality for the price

    After eight weeks of use and twice washing, lint is already formed in many places. The fabric is quite poorly stitched, at the beginning there were long end threads everywhere, which are usually cut off as far as possible during production. Apparently, Emma would prefer to leave this to the customers. It is absolutely incomprehensible to me how the bed linen can be evaluated so well here. I suppose Emma deletes the reviews that are not promotional. Very pity...

    I can only say this company makes a very dubious unprofessional impression on us.
    I can't recommend anyone to shop here!
    I had to cancel the mattress without receiving it, because the support is simply unprofessional and you can't build trust.
    The matraze has arrived at the seller for two days and confirmed by the seller, but still my money is still not back on my credit card, although in practice it is a matter of two minutes if you are a serious company and if you value that customers are satisfied and remain!

    I wanted to let the mattress go back because of the stupid staff. My back problems overvoted me and after 4 nights I can say the mattress is good. A second purchase is certainly not in question the than 74 year old I would like to be treated with respect that is apparently not possible in this company. E.V.

    While the purpose of the delivery information letter provided for this, the subcontractor mandated by Emma for the delivery of the mattress was unable to provide a "realistic" delivery schedule or slot 24 hours in advance Morning or afternoon or 10 am to 1 pm or so).

    The past exchanges, after receipt of the email from the subcontractor of Emma and its customer service have not resolved this problem causing significant inconvenience for the customer.

    Finger away. The mattress is way too hard. On our first request for return, we received a suggestion for improvement: take a topper. Sounds great. But is only a 3 cm thick foam that is pushed under the cover. Mentally bring something. But the mattress remains the same hard. Acting!! Normally, with this improvement the 100 day period should start anew. Far missing! No goodwill. And this despite the fact that we offered a distance sum for the return.

  • Great mattress - awful delivery experience

    A family member ordered an Emma mattress a few days ago and told me how great it was so I decided to order one of myself! As far as the mattress goes, it's great! Very comfy and perfect for a restful nights sleep. My husband has back pain and it has made a huge change from the crappy mattress we had before.....BUT......the delivery service was absolutely horrendous!

    Unfortunately, only the Emma cushion cover fits on the Emma pillow. Since the pillow with 85 cm x 45 cm is very large, none of my 80 cm x 40 cm cushion covers will fit. Not acceptable to me! Otherwise, the pillow is actually very good, once you get used to it.
    I'll send it back, with bed linen.
